THE MALOSSI 'FLY' CLUTCH IS AN IDEAL REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL PIAGGIO CLUTCH. IT CAN BE USED IN BOTH STANDARD AND ALSO LIGHTLY TUNED MOTOR SET UPS. IT’S A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORY WITH THE MALOSSI'DELTA' CLUTCH THOUGH, WHICH IS A TRUE HIGH-END COMPONENT, INCLUDING OPTIMISED FRICTIONAL SURFACING COMBINED WITH AN ENLARGED CLUTCH SHOE SURFACE AREA ENSURING A RAPID AND SOLID CONNECTION IN THE DRIVE TRAIN OF YOUR MOTOR. IN ADDITION, THE OVERALL WEIGHT HAS ALSO BEEN REDUCED FOR A NOTICEABLY IMPROVED THROTTLE RESPONSE. ITS INTERNATIONALLY PATENTED CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM, USING CLUTCH RAILS, MAKES FINE ADJUSTMENT OF THE RPM AT WHICH THE CLUTCH ENGAGES POSSIBLE, WITHOUT THE ADDED HASSLE OF HAVING TO REMOVE AND REINSTALL A DIFFERENT SET OF SPRINGS EVERY TIME. THE CLUTCH RAILS THEMSELVES CAN BE FIXED IN THREE SEPARATE POSITIONS, WHICH ALTERS THE PRE-LOAD OF THE INSTALLED SPRINGS. THERE IS A STIFFER SET OF SPRINGS INCLUDED IN THE DELIVERY, IN CASE AN EVEN STRONGER SET UP IS NECESSARY.
